People In Your Life

People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person. When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a Godsend and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrong doing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.

Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has come to share, grow or learn. They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it, it is real. But only for a season.!

LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons, things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life. It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.

Thank you all for being a part of my life, whether you were a reason, a season or a lifetime so....

Maybe . . . We were supposed to meet the wrong people before meeting the right one so that, when we finally meet the right person, we will know how to be grateful for that gift.

Maybe . . . When the door of happiness closes, another opens; but,
often times, we look so long at the closed door that we don't even
see the new one which has been opened for us.

Maybe . . . It is true that we don't know what we have until we lose it, but it is also true that we don't know what we have been missing until it arrives.

Maybe . . . The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way.

past; after all, you can't go on successfully in life until you let
go of your past mistakes, failures and heartaches.

Maybe . . . You should dream what you want to dream; go where you want to go, be what you want to be, because you have only one life and one chance to do all the things you dream of, and want to do.

Maybe . . . There are moments in life when you miss someone -- a
parent, a spouse, a love, a friend, a child -- so much that you just
want to pick them from your dreams and hug them for real, so that
once they are around you appreciate them more.

Maybe . . . The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a
porch and swing with, never say a word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had.

Maybe ... You should always try to put yourself in others' shoes. If you feel that something could hurt you, it probably will hurt the other person, too.

Maybe ... you should do something nice for someone every single
day, even if it is simply to leave them alone.

Maybe . . . giving someone all your love is never an assurance that they will love you back. Don't expect love in return; just wait for it to grow in their heart; but, if it doesn't, be content that it grew in yours.

Maybe . . . Happiness waits for all those who cry, all those who hurt, all those who have searched, and all those who have tried, for only they can appreciate the importance of all the people who have touched their lives.

Maybe... You shouldn't go for looks; they can deceive; don't go
for wealth; even that fades away! Go for someone who makes you smile, because it takes only a smile to make a dark day seem bright. Find the one that makes your heart smile :-)

Maybe . . You should hope for enough happiness to make you sweet, enough trials to make you strong, enough sorrow to keep you human, and enough hope to make you happy.

Maybe . . . You should try to live your life to the fullest because
when you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was
smiling but when you die, you can be the one who is smiling and
everyone around you crying.

Maybe. . .. You could share this message to those people who mean something to you, to those who have touched your life, to those who can and do make you smile when you really need it, to those who make you see the brighter side of things when you are really down, and to all those whom you want to know that you appreciate them and their Friendship.

Sper duper late. Yeah, very happy for my sis who graudated. This sounds damn Bstard, but i think she will allow me to say. First time ever she is heaping pressure on me academically. LOL.

In 36 hours...

Will be off to the furtherst country I have ever been so far. Kinda of excited and sian also. Rushing so much for this whole month. Feeling kinda of frustrated actually.Today was my embarkation off, but have to go back to ship to do some last minute work, no choice, but just have to do it. At least I still can get to come back.

Today is the day whereby guards are off to brunei. So there goes wilberg, wenyuan and jian rong.

Hahas, so surprise Jenny called. Nice dinner with good chat. Ok, my knowledge on some stuff has increased. My guess again are right, but tend to deviate with other people's opninion.

Have been getting forgetful this past few weeks. Looks quite bad. Wonder is it me, or is it the workload thrown to me. Stressed out.

Oh, CNY. What a rush one. My whole room is in a mess, didnt had the luxury of time like the past few years to keep it spick and pan. All my cousins have grown up. Some became more vocal, some are being chased by aunts and uncles to find gfs. Those who are attached disappears quicly after getting hong bao.. ahahs joking. Feels like I became the big brother of all the young cousins. Weird. Maybe next year, things will change... Hahas. I dunno. Spent my time at my aunt's house playing computer games and PS2 with them. Times changed so much, in the past, we used to always play with fireworks and pop pop. At least, there is still some feel on CNY. Technology has replaced everything, which is kinda of sad. Only special thing I feel is that , I gobbled quite a variety of new year goodies. LOL.

Kushindo or Yushinbo? cant really remb the name of the restuarant. Celebrated my Grandma's birthday there. The food werent kind of fresh, guess it is due to the fact that is was the second day of CNY. But the variety of food there is alot. So yeah, didnt really felt the freshness of the food though. Yup Yup.

My CNY basically is that short and sweet. Yup Yup. Miss my computer, bed, family and frens I guess. LOL. Alright. See you guys. Pre planned posts will appear. Nothing much about my life. Ok la, 1 year from the day i stepped foot onto the holy soil of Tekong. Zoomed, everything went past. Sergeatns, drills, parade square, mobile canteen, canteen break, route march, chao keng. Zoom. All gone in a flash. Somehow thankful to be in the army in the year of 2008. A year when I think many civilians had a hard time passing.

Much more stuff to say. But again Time and The SAF directive forbids me to say. So adios. Back to ship tmr. 7th week. The ship badge is coming. Im smelling it.

Hmm, ok feeling damn stressed this month. Guess cos of a change of environment abit too much to handle. Posts will try to do it before I will be officially missing for 1.5 months.
