Eek, So Sorry!
Horrendous outing. Haiz, if only it was me. >_<. Reay Unforgettable experience.5 years since I last rode on the bike. Argh.
Busy Busy again. Went back to mothership. Different culture and environment. In life, when u get to different places, you will truly understand the meaning of comparison, and the chinese meaning off, the opposite pasture is greener, Something like that, My chinese is degrading as the years go by. Has been 3 years since my last paper. LOL.
Sometimes, you help and don't expect anything in return. But then, some people take it for granted and manipulate you. It is ok, you manipulate them back. But it saddens you when their attitude is that f up and they show no remorse, taking things for granted. Respct is earned, not asked for. Prove it, prove them wrong.
Oh well, off to mugging.

2008 Christmas!!!
I am currently on ship now. But of course, not blogging from ship. Haha, this is a pre-posted post.
Hmm, spending it on the ship. LOL. Such a good way. Ok la, today can say is like ome RNS gathering. but anyway, want to create some jokes again. Yesterday, 2 Bangalas came to clean the ship. Rama, exclaimed happily that he going to countdown at orchard with his friends. LOL. I was like thinking, mroe to go there to touch touch. Anyway, He inspired me to look for this Music Video. Woot! Enjoy!

Hahas, yuppies, this has been one of the most enjoyable week for OJT life I guess. First tiime ever, we were released at 12pm, due to the OFFICIAL half day for everyone. Then tmr, it will be like some weekend duty, nothing much I guess. Then it will be movie screening for 3rd Flotilla this Friday! woot! The movie that I watched 2 days ago... LOL.
Alright, Christmas Eve. Spent the whole day infron of my Electrical GF. HP Pavillion... Freaking bored. Sian. But don't worry. Back to my usual maniac self. Hahas, found this Hilarious Video. Lead Actor: ME!

Week 51: Almost lost count of the weeks
Haha, time passed so fast unti I lost count of the number of the weeks I have been in service. Boof, everything going in a flash. Let me recount some stuff first. CO BBQ. Felt so ashamed. Cos the juniors organised a BBQ that had 14 people coming. More than the 8 for the one my batch organised.... LOL. Ok, Yes Man with Jenny and Wenyuan. NS taught me to have more situation Awareness, or should I say, Endurance taught me that. But, of all, i forgot that i going to have complimentary tickets to watch Yes Man this Boxing Day... Grr..8 bucks... Hahas, but okk la, the show was worth it. Long time no laughed that much since Jack Neo's Money No enough 2. Outing with MJC's classmates at some pub, or bar or soemthing like that la.
Blog morewith pics in the future. Hopefully tmr, SUPPOSEDLY there is half day. In the spirit of christmas, I appeal to higher authorities to GIVE in the spirit of Christmas =P...
Alot of things have been going on lately on the ship that let me ponder. Why do good people always at a disadvantaged position? Is it because we are easy to makan, we diam diam, don't say anything, people just whack us like some rotten tomato or something? Hmm, as usual, more about that later.

Ok 2 crappy news that I am currently watching. Singapore Flyer have some problems. Crap. So freaking Ex le, still have problems. Really Sian half can. I cant imagine a situation whereby a servicemen is haveing a date with his gf on the Singapore Flyer. Something happens and he has to book in at night.... LAGIIIIIIIIIIII BEST sia! Tio F... The some kuku rank called Specialist Cadet is created. Seriously. It looks ugly, \\\ ///. Those who so desperate to be 3rd sergeants will put their arms criss crossed whenever they speaks. LOL. I guess the rationale is to give due credit to Specialists Cadets too, same as OCTs. Latest intelligence reports also points out to new rank grading next year. SO, it means there will be different grades of each rank. Like Corporal will have different ranks and something like that la. Wait and see lo. I just want my back pay man. It is really a hit in the trust they want us to entrust in them. UP MY RANK!!!. My april batch boys are already getting corporals. Or rather those who enlisted later than me are already getting their ranks.
Adios. This skin sucks. And I dun have time to edit it. Guess I will change or look for another skin. poof. Back tomorrow! Oh yeah, one more stuff. Weird answer from Singapore Ministers in price Increase of Daily necessities....

1 month of being a sailor.. Woot!
For this past 1 month, I think I have travelled overseas more than all the overseas trip I have accumulated over the 19 years. One important thing for me was that, i uses to question my parents, "Why don't we go to further country like Australia or Europe? All my friends are going there!"
My dad's reason was that he sees no need to go so far out. Go there come back, everything will be forgotten. So no point lor. Haha, I felt so pissed and puzzled by that reply. Well, coming to NS and interacted with some regulars who signed on due to family financial problems. I felt that I am lucky enough to have even gone to have taken a bus at exceeded the causeway. People who signed on have not even been out of Singapore for like their past 20 years. Some, not even Sentosa. A very very huge lesson for me. Really, Be contented with what you have. Everything that you going to have in the future is just a bonus, treasure it well, cause one day, you will lose it. We came to this world with nothing, will we leave with something? It will be up to us to decide it.
Ok, suddenly like some Life lesson lecture. Anyway, Yup, Ihave been off to South China Sea for like 4 or 5 times already. Used to take transport for granted. Now, i am doing some real navigation work, to find my way there. Singapore is a real shipping port. The moment I am on the Singapore Straits, Everyone on watch will get so tense, because the scene infront, and behind of us resemble the expressways in the morning of Singapore. Congested! Imagine this 300 m long Alphamite, cargo ship I mean going past you one after another. Phew. To think I am on the biggest ship of the navy. LOL.
This has been the loneliest month for me I guess. For the record, I didn't went out for 4 weekends, in terms of super long hours, spending much money or what. Time passes supe quickly when you have alot of things to do. Like being a cheap labour .
Argh, my ideas seems so etangled. Blog more when my mind calms down. Christmas will be spent on the ship. Looks like I will have to give Willis' Party a miss. Sadded.

k la, joking la. But i think the next 2 weeks is going to be the darkest period of my life. Haiz, loads of hard felt things that want to say but cant. Really awaiting my mothership to be back soon. Come back to Singapore!!!

Alright... What luck I have man..
Kena thrown into somewhere.. Oh well this one month is goinna be tough. Already know that I will be heading out to SCS 2 times in 2 weeks each lasting 3 days. Super fast.
Humble that will be the key word I guess. Really no mood to do anything. Haiz, so pissed with everything. Jumped here and there today, dragging so much stuff from this ship to another. Grr, Hope my mothership quickly come back, come back mother!!!!... ship...
Much more discrete now. Alot of things I cant freely say, not like I can lah in the past, now much more sophisicated I guess. Well, good challenge I hope. But cant stand my sleeping time 1130. such an unholy timing. Now , 3 of us, 1 mth later, I will become Indepent ship. LOL.
Looking through facebook. Played so hard for 5th place over the weekend at GC, now became 10th again... ARGH! Ok la, 2 more weeks cant play le, so DL now, don;t feel like touching anything. Grr.... Watching BUFAN now, last episode.
Every ending is a new beginning... basket, this is so true lor.... K la, enough of my complaints. Everyone now either back from overseas or gonna end their exams. I kena stuck at the eastern most part of Singapore for 2 weeks.

4 days before the real test comes...
I guess this will be the mose key period of my NS. Like in the 46th week then happen....LOL. Everybody around me like more or less cleared their courses, hvae their sergeant ranks , gone overseas exercises, came back, go for courses again. Some have fixed time table, off duty and on duty. Now it is my turn. Ooh, abit excited and also abit sian. Excited cos of a new life awaits me for NS, sian, cos my slack life will be long gone. Days lazing around the school. Just flipping through books and manuals, taking tests, slacking at Marina Bay, Laughing at the President Nathan look alikes, standing in the hot sun for so many weeks to present a good NDP show in this F-uped year for the whole world.... So f -uped already still need such a nice NDP.... should follow Taiwan mah, give us shopping vouchers... LOL. ( News: Taiwanese Government giving their citizens shopping vouchers to boost their domestic economy, believe to be aout 0.64% of their GDP....)
Since I had no leave left, I only have thursday and friday off. Thursday, settled my army stuff. Earned $40 bucks. People, If you all have any extra gortex boots, you can go sell it at the army market. Of course, don't buy it from the emart with your credits then selll it at the army market, you get caught, you get charge, Simple as that. Extra gortex boots was from NDP. Hahas, alot of free stuff when you march for NDP =D
Had some last minute changes with the lunch then postponed to friday. Sizzler at suntec, near macdonalds and BK. Yum Yum. There is free salad bar, free coffee and tea, free ice cream, free soup ( 3 to choose from), woot! but the main course isn't that nice. I ordered some grilled chicken. I guess they gave me chicken breast. So dry. Haha. Had fun talking too. Shocked by some news from camp. Hmm, too bad JJ can't make it.
Come saturday and sunday, so many plans were made but didnt happen in the end. Hmm, saturday, cant remember what I do. LOL. Oh, went ut swimmingg in the morning. Searched for some stuff from eastpoint to white sands but don't have. At night luckily, Jenny helped me to buy, lol.
Sunday, helped my grandma shift house. What an experience! HAahs, shocked to see so many things around. haiz. Practically spent the wole day checking the things I briging to ship. Didnt had timeto use computer. So Sorry peeps. Nothing new for the coming 2 weeks. Hahass paiseh.
OOh well, off to camp now. woke up early to end this entry!

And he just told me he went to watch Quantum of Solace alone... really solace... Said it was so action packed... sob sob, pang seh-ed by own dad.
OK, hope I can slack the day away again tmr. Think I have one of the lowest productivity NSFs around. Wait until I experience life on board ship. Oh well. Adios. Replies to tags tmr!

Week 44: Post Out!
My beloved Victoria School Kallang House Singlet....
Was torn by me in the middle of the night when I had some violent dream....
Mum and sis were laughing and shocked when they saw my singlet.... LOL....
Yup, course finally ended! But bad news is I got scammed for ther anks. or rather everyone. We were promised that we will be promoted into the 7th month of our service. But now, they claimed that, we have to complete our OJT phase to rightfully be up ranked. Thanks alot man! ( yeah right...) Marched so much, takinig away our Saturdays and everything. Now I have to wait until my 13th month of service to get a rank. A freaking private for 13 months. Baik ah!
Oh yeah, WY Teng is back tmr. Hmm, so fast. 3 weeks zoomed past. A levels coming to an end soon. Uni exams are starting and ending soon. Scary man.
Went out with Xav and Lesi. Been a super super long time since we last met up. The last was it the badminton outing? Hmm, memory sucks. LOL. Went to try out the Restaurant that Shawn recommended. We waited and waited. And Miss Chia is late again! Hahas. O la, then we went down to TM, bought some finger food and sat at Mos Burger chatting away. Funny things came about, like how Xav had a horrid experience with a lao auntie. Imagine a senior citizen flashing infront of you 0.o. Hahas, and the surprising encoutner with Wei De at a supermarket in Aust. Like of all places! In aust 0.o??? hahas, they were both equally shock.
We were all feeling so old, like have to meet up to catch up with each other's life. Since both of them have experienced different culture from Aust, their experiences make me feel so cooped out in Singapore. Why am I serving so hard? Look at the people from other countries, so relax so carefree... Enough of Nat ED, we must protect the country. YEs, of we must, but at what cost? Sometimes, I shudder to think of the future generations. Will u even dare to raise a child when it getting so competitive? When primary 6 students have to learn balancing of chemical equations, Primary 4 kids have to do comprehension with questions I only faced In Sec 1? But now, they claimed that, we have to complete our OJT phase to rightfully be up ranked. Thanks alot man! ( yeah right...) Marched so much, takinig away our Saturdays and everything. Now I have to wait until my 13th month of service to get a rank. A freaking private for 13 months. Baik ah!
Oh yeah, WY Teng is back tmr. Hmm, so fast. 3 weeks zoomed past. A levels coming to an end soon. Uni exams are starting and ending soon. Scary man.

Nice Uncle.
All thanks to the uncle. I am now super satisfied with the hp contract they have now. hahas. Waved bye bye to my dreams of owning a Xpheria. Will wait until end of ord before deciding to buy a new phone I guess. Oh well, now i can spam smses like free lo! wohoo!
Hmm, was in the office last week. withnessing an officer getting signatures for his ord. Hahas, cant forget his sentence, "A few more signatures and I will be a free man!"
Woot, so 364 more days and I can shout it out loud! But like i said 364 days more....
It has been a really long way. BMT, JRC, JTQT. i now left OJT and another last phase to complete my NS. WOHOO!!! fast fast fast. Must really thank NDP committee and those officers up there to select my batch boys to march for NDP. For NSF, the best is tot waste as much time as possible( for a slacker like me la....). Cos there is 34 months to clear. 4 months were wasted on NDP itself. So shiok.
Let me do some maths here. 1 year 10 months. 22 months in total. 665 days in total.
2 years have 28 days of leave.
1 month have 8 days of weekends.
34 months have 272 days of weekends.
4 months have 120 days.
665-(28+272+120)=245 days
Luckily I have NDP to cover my days I Have to serve while I am sailing overseas. So good good good. making it all so balance. hahas.

Week 43: Buy or dun buy?
Freaking confused, not sure whether to buy or not to buy. Haiz. Geting pisssed over the extra charges evry month. Want to use a better one for a longer future. Feel so f up-ed now.
One of the quietest week. Surprising stuff happeened again. Feel that it is disappopinting for course to be extended. Due to exceptional case. Sian half. Gonna have a test this coming week, kinda of heck care it now. Hope SSG O will say we go for a usper long break after course, no extension!!!!!
Kinda of f-ed up with no mood to blog. Everone with exams and studying. Awaiting the most important msg ever I guess. 9 more days I guess.

Stomp has become a new catchphrase in SAF.
Officers are always remindind us to maintain our image of ourselves outside, i not we get Stomped by Singaporeans. LOL. I have een reading Stomp for quite sometime, and decided to throw in some links that I find them crazy.
Real SIao Siao..Most of these complaints may be one sided, cos they just show that the person they are complaining against are being crazy. We dun know what these victims caught on camera have to say.

Off day!
After watching the 2 gays, the green and the blue one spinning, jenny pops out and ask me, "Why are u online? "
Yo Yo, today is the day, yes today is the day, My TC gave me a half off day and told us to take a half day leave>_<.
If anyone of you s ays that is quite a senseless thing, yeah man I agree with you.
Had to drag myself off my ever comfy bed, and answer the call of JJ. Off to BK breakfast. It has been a long time since I pampered myself with a good breakfast. Those breakfast in camp, is not bad. Different variety each day. Monday, you get bread, ham and beans. Sometimes you don't. Tuseday, maybe you get a bowl of peanut porridge and a roll of Popiah. Woot, Wednsday, maybe you get yourself a Law mai Kai and a sun kueh or a bao. Not bad. Thursday, maybe scrambled eggs with baked beans. Friday, hmm.. maybe noodles soup? wanton and some vege. For 9 mths, Same routine, and I have only tasted roti prata once.
So today we were seriously craving for some better breakfast. Decided on BK then. Scrambled egg platter. Was curious about it. Well, alot of small potato nuggets thingy, scambeled egg, turkey ham and bun. Yum Yum. Went over to the libraryafter that. Borrowed a comic, which now, I think i shouldn't have borrowed in the first place.
Have been hooked onto Prison Break Since i got home. COmpleted all the 8 epsidoes that have been aired in the US. Holy, Since last month, I have officially became a fan of American Dramas. Cool man. Maybe after I have completed all the dramas that I want to watch, Like gossip girls, Desperate Housewifes. i will go to Hong Kong Canto Dramas. LOL. You all should watch Prison Break too! Guess being cooped in the camp makes me feel alot closer to michael Scofield. Everyday thinking of breaking out... LOL. I do know I have alot of wacky ideas in my brain now, in every building. It changed me, this show. Another drama you people should go catch is Heroes. It is those superhero kinda of thing, but I just like it leh. Melvin say I like some Big baby, still reading comics and into all these stuff. But heck it! It is nice!
Hmm alright, time to slack of 8 hours tmr on board ship. HERE I COME CNB!
Oh btw, the aircraft carrier is so freaking huge that left everyone utterly stunned. Really a beautiful siight. More than 20 plus fighterjets on display. We were amezd..truly amazed. Hope it will still be there tmr, then we will have closer action.

Farting During Rounds

This is one incident that is so deeply etched in my mind. it is a freaking joke la.
Before entering NS, dad always advise me to keep to the rules, listen to them u know. Like some pet dog listening to the owner, like a bangala having to give way to all those snobbish Singaporeans. At Tekong, I was really guai. Until I came to Navy, I had a culutral shock and that I guessed, changed me. i became more rebellious. You know, in such a huge organisation, there bound to be many conflicts in those upper ranks.
So there was once I showed attitude to a Staff Seargeant at the Damage Control Simulation Centre at Sembawang. We were wearing the Naval Combat Rig. Navy's version of Army's No 4. We have this velcro and button. I had an experience when I reported sick in NCR. I think that was when we had to do FFI. This CAPTAIN questioned me why did i buttoned up the NCR when there is velcro straps for you to velcro. I didnt know what to answer him. and fromthen on, i just velcro-ed my NCR.
So this day at the FFDC centre, this STAFF SERGEANT questioned me why I only velcro-ed my NCR and not buttoned it up. I was totally stunned. So he stared at me and I stared at him for about 10 seconds. I told him the story about the FFI session with the CAPTAIN, the medical officer. The STAFF SERGENAT asked me who the captain was, what is his name. How the heck to reply him sia? I don't come to NS to remember Medical Officer's name. I not those chao keng type what. I just replied him I don't know. Guess what he did to me?
In front of everybody, he just ripped apart my NCR and then told everyone to button up before he goes ripping Each and everyone'e NCR. TOTAL PSYCHO man. From then on, my attitude towards those who supposedly should give them respect straight away because of their ranks.On the surface, I have to greet them and everything. But in my heart, I only salute to those who really give their all out to fight for their men.
Wonderful adventure aside, My picture of the post is to describe what experience my bunkmates went through while we were having rounds. It took a super long time for the Officer to come. So Melvin Lee and Xavian Low decided to Ji Siao Siao. tehy started to compete who can make funniest and longest fart noises. 0.o
From fast bombing to long diarrhoea fart, we tried almost all la. We came out with different senarios, like Sedia then we fart and all kind of nonsense.
suddenly, the officer appeared and he was "um-choewing". he knocked us down. Suppose to do 10, but then cos JX kept laughing, and even I had diffuclty controlling my laughter, we did another 10. Xavian was like couting, "1 Down! 2 Down!...." He stopped at 6 and burst out laughing.
Total madness. THINK Navy IS a joke isit?????
WEEK 42: Long weekend ahead!
Junguang posted out already. Xavian is already technically missing in action, followed by Cl and Dom and JX. Haiz, the feeling of being detached from each other.Indescribable. I don't think there is such a word, but anyway, yeah, end of course is nearing, don't know to be sad or happy. Both mixed feelings I guess.

Well, this whole week my camp was busked in Cat 1, so you can say that we were happy slacking in the bunk, no need to go for dogwatches, and practically 2 EMEs were cancelled. Wohoo! Had harbour practical, but basically they are training grounds for my sleeping exercises. Always drifting too sleep. Now, ECDIS seems so unfamiliar to me, same goes for GPS system. Grr. Spent most of this week self reflecting, how will it be like when I have OJT, when I will spend most of my next out away from family and this real world? Hmm.
Trying hard to rethink my ideas that i have during the week. it ain't easy. sometimes i key it into my hp as rafts, sometimes I am just busy with other things, so yeah, i put videos as a substitute. I mean they are unique to me, so just share it here. want to click play or don't want to click is up to you.
Why want to comment on people's blog? Like xiaxue or dawn yang? They are just attention seeking to me. Is like trying to say, hey you have that sharp chin, I also have that. Hey , ahah, u freaking turtle( which is me). maybe it is just me, I am so used to be called names. One eye jack, blind in an eye, white skin monkey, skinny ass. All this. Hmm, I somehow got immune to all this names. So i rather use this weakness to my advantage, I play along with it. I let people call me this names, not because I lose my self respect, cos it is facts that I cannot change. I have ptosis, it is natural, i cant change it. I have sleepy look, I cant change it. i am skinny. yes i am changing, I gained weight, I put in effort to exercise. People call me names, i call them too. Like one to one exchange.
My point here is that, what we have is given to us. People's blogging style is in their character. Why criticise them? Unless you are trying to make a comment that they are insinuating you or some lewd comments that you think that are unfounded. If not, why must you comment and trying to make like a direct assault?
IF you want to make comments about others, hell lot of others have a lot of comments about you too. For me, I know people have commented me, I thank them for keeping it to themselves. But if those that can make me improve, please tell me. I wanna learn too.
Haha, wanting to touch on this issue for some time already. Due to surrounding "environmental" issues that happened around my blog the past week, I decided to pen it down. Making my message clear. Keep your comments to yourself.
The weather have been kind of weird this few days, yesterday was so Shiny and bright, today, want to rain but not raining that kind. postponed swimming timings. LOL. In the end swimmed at 3pm with JJ, but with not much mood though. Don't know why. Bought 11 dollars worth of tidbits after that and met Minghao at the Supermarket. hahas. ORd-ing in Feb. Didnt talked much though, guess I will message him later.
Mr Teng chatted with me. Poisoned him with some ideas I haeard from a navy friend. mauhaha, am so evil, but I believed he won't la. 3 weeks, Hmm will be fast la. Not like me, next year want to go for 4 months de. Some more AT middle east. Really hope i can go there and SERVE MY COUNTRY. =D

Week 41: Sudden and Sad
Hmm, been a sad week for my camp. not sure if those who read chinese papers. Above is the article. The person who passed away was from my camp. Rest In Peace Mcron Low Wei Liang. Fellow comrade.
I will comment too much about it. All and all, just take care everyone. Since more and more people are getting their license, please please drive with care. Don't speed. Haiz, but say already, no one bothers. Past few experiences the rides that I sat, all are nerve wrecking man. Young drivers, what to do. Just take care man.
Was there this afternoon. First time withnessing a military funeral, really a sad sight. gave our last respects before heading back to camp.
Every time for me, a death that happens around me, I will think about the meaning of life and religion and many other things, it really puzzles me some times. Haiz oh well, really a sad scene today.
Alright ehading back to camp soon today. Guess I will type more this wednesday night if possible. Went out the whole day yesterday. Fitness and body size shrinking. Eek! must do emergency repairworks soon. Hmm, I changed the song too more insturmental, more universal bah. More of like my mood now and of today...anw...Hahas, my sis really cant stand Gu Ju Ji's compiled songs. This new song is called Endless Rain by a band called X Japan. I never wanted to listen to band songs in the past cause I find it too noisy and irritating, but after melvin introduced to me X Japan and Shawn's Songs, it really changed my view. Very touching and meaningful lyrics. Their performance on stage is even more captivating. Enjoy =) Hey sis, is this song ok? lol

Week 40: Updates and Updates
Ok super long didnt update. Made changes to my blogskin. Wanted it to e simple, and so it became simpler. And changed my song again. Out to irritate my sis. Hahas, Amos, take up the challenge, now the songs is a compilation of cantonese songs. Can you do it? 0.o
Guess roughly one month ago or 3 weeks ago, we went to chinatown. It was a planned outing for my batch of cellists and bassists of MJCO. In the end, kenneth and wy bott fell sick and fiona couldnt make it. So left only 4. LOL. Went vivo qite early to buy the tix for Step Brothers. Lzed around in the bookstore which is quite huge. Quite alot of books to keep me interested and kill time. Anyway, Rong Ma was late 20 mins. LOL. And Sl and yt guessed correctly his attire. HAha, funny man. Ok , so we went into the cinema. at down and turned to my left, I saw one lady slumped into the couch onto her bf's lap. She was occupyi our seats, but luckily, at the side there were 4 seats, so we just sat there. Haiz, what to do , some people are just incosiderate. Seen enough in the navy. Hmm, the movie was funny and lame at times. 2 40 year olds had to learn to accept and live with each other. It was quite vulgar and explicit when Will Farell showed his "nutsack". I got a shock when they really showed it out. I thought they will just let the scene past. They really showed the "sack". Abit awkward at the moment, the scene meant to be funny, but the whole cinema went silent. Oh well, In the end they impressed with their teamwork at the, eh teamwork is not the word to be used, brotherhood should be. I want to find out what the last song of the movie was, the opera one. Anybody knows?
We headed to Upper Cross Street, wanting to find this shop that have chicken buffet. I didn't really go that shop before, so asked JR to print a map. We were liked some lost tourists trying to get to a location. LOL. Soon after, by the guidance of Radar Specialist, ( Bragging shit...) , we arrived at the shop, but realised it was closed >_<. Thinking that the bufet will start at 3pm, and the shop MAY open at that time, we went to chinatown square. Holy, the place is like thrown back in times. It is a mixture of both modern and the old times. People will be like selling alot of antique stuff. Those LDs, those super old toys. Hahas, we were totally shocked the sigt. Some Chinese culture experience.
To our dismay, the shop did not open. So we settled for simple chinese fare. Chicken Rice. Lol. Quite interesting to listen to how university works and the stuff inside there. Like the bidding process and what to study. How slack some faculties are, like my future one. Haha, the rumour of UNI life is easier than Air-Level Life is total bullshit. The rumours are totally crushed by what I heard. Haha, can also see, all of them are so busy. Have to even mug everywhere they go. Brr. HAve to brace fr another xiong mugging life in 2 years time. It also made me realise how outdated the JCs teachers are. We got cheated!
Headed back to camp to watch F1 after that. The week, passed as normal, the results I got for my SAF exams were like primary school grades. It is quite heartening for me, cos i never thought I would still be able to get to see the grades and marks i got during Primary One.
English - 49/50
Maths- 95/100
Chinese- 100/100
LOL. SAF exams didnt get that high la, but above 80. Good for me. Don't want too high or low. Average. just nice, hide in the centre.
The next saturday, I went for haircut. Decided to head for katong. Cant stand my messy hair. Comments like I look like ultraman and a matchstick came at me when I stepped home.
The next day went out with wy, henny , elvia and jr. Long time no see them. Shockingly, jr came back in his same attire. I didn't expect it all. Thought he will wear what we got for him the previous week, lol. Talking about hygiene in the SAf terms =) We had Korean Cuisine at this shop beside DXO. Got the chance to look at the F1 railings and seatings. I am like so sua ku la. Ok back to food. It is a very interesting dinner I had. They cook for you. The meat come in very thin slices. There is a wide spread of side dishes. They refill for you. You wrap the meat like eating "kong ba pau" . Not bad not bad.
Rong Ma treated us to Haagen Daaz. We ordered seventh heaven and this belgian chocolate shake. It was nce, smooth and thick. The seventh heaven was in much smaller proportion than Swensen's Earthquake. The price is also inversely proportional -_-" We tested the so called Nationwide Connectivity that Singapore Government is targetting. It seriously sucked big time. Had to do alot of patterns before we got online. HAhas, very cool experience, communicating via Skype with Geraldyne.
We headed to Marina Square's Starbucks as the internet connection at Esplanade pissed us off. Met Teerapong at there. He and his lekan gang if Im not wrong. Read the book that Jenny had to study. Hmm, very interesting book, and kinda of cheem. Philosphocal teachings for teachers to be. HAa. hanged around at Bedok Inter until 11plus, reached home 1130pm? lol, alter than book in timing.
The next day, everything seems to be better now, the usual battering and jokes =)
Swimming session has been good, My swimming endurance has increased to 30 laps.
Through that long distance swimming, was thinking through alot of stuff. This one wi regd with swimming. Which stroke seems to be more fierce? I think iis the freestylee. Don't believe,go try it at the pool. I charged at this guy doing breaststroke and he siamed me with less than 5 m to go. Haha.
Then what if freestyle meets freestyle? I havent tried that, but i guess we hve to follow the Rules of the Road, alter course to starboard assuming that the situation of collision exists.
Ok, time for me to book in already. 2.5 days of book out really seem super short. Haiz. Thursday gonna have theory exam again. Yawns. Alright. Lots more to blog. Hopefuly next weekend, there is more time to blog.

F1? Banged one on the way home..
Yeah man, the bus I was on while booking out today, laga-ed into a car. Not that serious though. The bus that I usually take when I book out is driven by this curly hair and oily looking plum driver. Total madness. The whole bus was full and I can confirm he is driving beyong 60km/h. Overtaking like free, and swerving left and right as if he is chasing podium finish to get points for wolrd championship. Hahas, his boss' face totally changee when the bus collided with the car. Funny sight.
Hmm, F1 ended with Ferraris being the biggest sore loser. Everyone said yes, and there they are claiming we are a freaking circus. BOO! LOSERS. I was impressed by the Singapore's skyline. The super bright lights really make the track very distinctive . The best part was when the camera zooms out to show Benjamin Sheares bridge above one of the track. Superb scene!
Let's take a look of the incidents that happen. Twice, the fuel pump were stuck in 2 different cars. Felipe Massa was the worst. Detached the whole hose and drove all the way tot he end of the pitstop>_<
The first crash belonged to the son of a previous F1 driver. nelson Piquet Jr slams into the barrier. He wrote himself into the record books.
Had cohesion day on thursday. Went all the way to ECP to play bowling. The lanes there are much more slippery that those that I previously played on. Tried 10 punds and that screwed me up. Lol. Damn depressing. Scores of only 70-80. BULLSHIT !
The day before went to play badminton with JJ. Lost horribly. 1sets to 4. Played a consolation set. ended wwith 28 to 26. LOL. Super fun. but because bothof us didnt do any warm up, freaking hell, muscles still cramping until today.

Oh well, lots of things wanting to rant but don't have the mood now. Changed my song cos my sis was complaining the previosu one was too noisy and draggy. LOL.
Hmm, F1 ended with Ferraris being the biggest sore loser. Everyone said yes, and there they are claiming we are a freaking circus. BOO! LOSERS. I was impressed by the Singapore's skyline. The super bright lights really make the track very distinctive . The best part was when the camera zooms out to show Benjamin Sheares bridge above one of the track. Superb scene!
Let's take a look of the incidents that happen. Twice, the fuel pump were stuck in 2 different cars. Felipe Massa was the worst. Detached the whole hose and drove all the way tot he end of the pitstop>_<
The first crash belonged to the son of a previous F1 driver. nelson Piquet Jr slams into the barrier. He wrote himself into the record books.

What an experience!
No much writing juices flowing through me. Only thinking of going out. LOL. What an experience just now, went shopping alone and watched soccer and F1 side by side! aHAHS. Alright man liverpool! Top of table again for the time being. Torres is back!
Wednesday public holi! So short week! Bowling with the TC the next day,. But the most sian part. ROR!

Anyway, Im back again after a excpetionally long stay at resort panglima. This whole week, we have been doing alot of area cleaning. The most since I last did in Tekong. LOL! Well, the main point was that there were going to be Commander rounds. So as usual, must ang kat bola abit. Everyday we did cleaning.
It so happens to that this coming monday, there will be the Change of Command parade. Last day in our camp le, still have to for cabin rounds. Find it funy leh. ut this man is truly on officer I will not forget. He is one officer who really goes all out to understand his man's needs and what he says, he really go does it. That is of course, things within his limits la. Luckily he going to be in charge of the squadron that I am going to be going to. LOL. But anyway, for example last night, we could only leave the camp at around 10pm. But because he took the initiative to go for his own rounds in the afternoon, he only punished those cabins that were untidy. The rest of us were allowed to go home earlier.
Oh well, how one week can make things change so fast. I was coming home from camp. On the way out, works have been completed at some parts. Then, when i reached the tanah merah bustop, I realised that my bus 14 have disappeared, which I supposed is due to the F1 road closures, leading to a temporary stop of the bus route. Had to take a train down to bedok. When taking 17 back, the road works outside the road junction of bethadsa church had been completed! Last week, the whole place was still in a huge mess. Hmm, upgrading at the blocks around Bedok Police Station have also been completed, but another road works sprang up. When I climbed the stairs to reach home, I thought I entered the wrong block, when I saw a sign "Danger Keep Out!". I got a shock, after thinking for a few seconds, I just remebered they are doing lift upgrading too.
LOL. Perception of time can really varies. Ok. I think i blasted my limit for this month hp bills. Thinking of changing to Starhub.
Going for haircut and then buy other stuffs. Oh well, gathering tmr!

New Undies and Slippers!
So I woke up from my 10 hour slumber. i wonder how many survived through my that long post. Hmm, anyway wan to say is that, I am not against people signing on. I know that everybody needs ajob, people sign on cos they feel that it gives them a sense of security. All I want is that, once you sing on, please behave like you are doing your career and respect the rules. It is quite saddening to see that some NSF can behave better than a Regular.
Oh well, so off i went with some of my navy budies to Asian Kitchen at Citylink. Well, i won;t say the food is really fantastic, just above average lor. love the noodles, of the right taste.
In protest of the future rise in public transport, we decided to use a transport that uses classic environmental friendly energy. Our legs. LOL. Walked all the way to Bugis. Walked around and saw lots of promotion for F1. Feel like booking in early next week to watch the action. Saw hot models Woot! A funny incident happened to Cl in the morning. haahs.
Went BHG , decided to use up my Cap Land vouchers. So pondered quite awhile to buy what type of slipeprs. almost wanted to buy this flowery one, but on second thought, bought the teva one. LOL. Then buy undies. hahas. Finally new undies and slippers. All my slippers wre from my grandma for like the past few years. The pair i bought today maybe the first one I ever bought sia. lol.
Alright, watchging my Liverpool and Stoke match. Kinda of sian, No spark leh Torres. Stoke like a rock, keep whacking the ball away like they are a ping pong bat.

This has been an alright week. had this basic navigation chartwork test. Think I did only borderline. Damn crapped. Feeling the stress. Only 1 person will be on watch at the bridge. Grr. Stress. but I still have to face it. Hmm, Good lo JJ 78. LOL.
The most interesting session I have for the whole week is the talking cock session. LOL. Intersting la. And come one, alot of people really think that signing with SAF is a wrong choice. But most of them are people with low education backgrounds. Im not looking down or discriminating these people who sign on. But I am highlighting the key fact of Singapore's Education System. Well, who are the people who sign on? Diploma and ITEs, some O-Levels. O Lvls. Y? Oh well, they are the ones who repeated in the N levels, and ended up have to be drafted into service ight after O lvls. Feeling that they might be too late to catch up on tertiary studies after the 2 years, many decided to sign on and get the pile of money b4 moving to other things in life.
I am explaining this as I think most of my blog readers are A-level. Totally no connection to the ITE peeps, or have friends as regulars in the force. Hmm. So yeah, poly grads. Why they sign on? Well, most are cos they feel that their diploma will not gain them a good job in the outside world. Hence, most of them opted for a more stable job with the navy. The starting pay is also quite high.
ITE. I spoke to those regulars who hold ITE cert. Well. They signed on cos they know they cant find a job outside. When I heard that, my heart really went out to them. And most of them come from big families, and they are the eldest in the families , hence most of them sign on to help "bu tie jia yong". Furthermore, most of their courses are tailored to suit them in the NS. Meaning, when they take up the course, it is to hint them to sign on once they enter NS.
Why so many people sign on with Navy? Almost half the trainees here I can tell you. Of cos Navy is not that shiong compared to army. We study in an air conditioned classes and work in an air conditioned ship. Except for those SS people la, work in engine room dem you then dun say lo. Hmm, and Navy peeps can travel free around the world, provided you work in the Frigate or LST. Places to go can include alomst everywhere in the world. better still, you can expect to go like Taiwan every year or Japan and Korea like almost every 2 years.
Well, up to now I only know of 1 who sign on because he really love the country. JUST 1. The rest, they are only in for the money. Lump sum la, 3 bonuses la, benefits here and there. I am talking about specialists. Well, I guess only with money , that is the only way to attract people to sign on with the force. Anyway, to those who want to sign on, think carefully about the salary scheme. It is of course high starting pay. I can still remember that time when the recruiting officer came to ask them to sign on.
"Look at the pay, where can you find such good employers who pay so much for an ITE graduate or O level or N level student?"
Yeah, that statement. It either demoralised those poeple to sign on, or motivated them. I don't know, you think about it and make a decision.
Indeed, it is high. But the increment is minimum. Bonus is quite alot, it is the same as other government institutions. There is a maximum level each regualr can go.
Of cos, it seems like i am so anti signing on. i guess only sign on as officers is good. Much more benefits and you get to see more things la. I already knew of some people who sign on as officers. Air engineering officers, midshipmens. They are my friends of friends. To me, if want to sign on, then sign on as commissioned officers lor. Much more benefits and all that.
Haiz, dunno la. This is my thinking. Oh well. Don't feel like continuing. All in all. I just want to take this silent few who still accept the regimental life so as to continue to protect our nation and work iin the effort of deterrence.
Back iin camp, I just hope these regulars can really contribute more and not like always want to chao keng or run away. Everytime we NSFs have to do so much to go help them cover their asses. Competitions organised by senior classes, they choose to not volunteer. Finding excuses from it. Some love to report sick. Always see them at the pikachu area. Like in poke balls like that. Pikachu means "Bai ka Bai qiu"
Wehn we tell them to go help and volunteer, they shout as us, say that they are human too. When we say that they are taking more pay then us and of course should contribute more, they shout at us again and say that they are humans too. _I_ Lim beh also human leh. You sign on means you shoudl take responsibilty. Sometimes when my mood is good, i am ok with it. But when my mood is bad, i can go the whole day scolding this bunch of assholes who feeds on the taxpayers money and do nothing.
What to do. This is a fact of life. Better education means a better character and a better future. I really understood all the hard pains my parents inculcated into me from young. Low education, high chance these people are uncouth people. But of cos, there are some who impress me with their high command of language, but their thinking are stil biased.
Oh well, enuff of that. Move on to other issues. I don't understand why Singaporeans complain but do no action. Come on la, you all complain the whole day, but when ask you to give suggestions, all tiam tiam. You al say ERP, then give me a better solution lor. Call you take public transport, also complain people eat on the train, squeexy, must stand, smell peopl's armpits, see aunties dig nose, see people fight on trains, complain students on music too loud, see couples fondle too much on buses. -_-" Now you know why singaporeans love to own cars right?
Humans are bias creatures. Am i wrong? ERP goes up, but road tax , COE and some other stuff are dropping. SO inicreasing variable tax to couter direct tax. This has been an alright week. had this basic navigation chartwork test. Think I did only borderline. Damn crapped. Feeling the stress. Only 1 person will be on watch at the bridge. Grr. Stress. but I still have to face it. Hmm, Good lo JJ 78. LOL.
The most interesting session I have for the whole week is the talking cock session. LOL. Intersting la. And come one, alot of people really think that signing with SAF is a wrong choice. But most of them are people with low education backgrounds. Im not looking down or discriminating these people who sign on. But I am highlighting the key fact of Singapore's Education System. Well, who are the people who sign on? Diploma and ITEs, some O-Levels. O Lvls. Y? Oh well, they are the ones who repeated in the N levels, and ended up have to be drafted into service ight after O lvls. Feeling that they might be too late to catch up on tertiary studies after the 2 years, many decided to sign on and get the pile of money b4 moving to other things in life.
I am explaining this as I think most of my blog readers are A-level. Totally no connection to the ITE peeps, or have friends as regulars in the force. Hmm. So yeah, poly grads. Why they sign on? Well, most are cos they feel that their diploma will not gain them a good job in the outside world. Hence, most of them opted for a more stable job with the navy. The starting pay is also quite high.
ITE. I spoke to those regulars who hold ITE cert. Well. They signed on cos they know they cant find a job outside. When I heard that, my heart really went out to them. And most of them come from big families, and they are the eldest in the families , hence most of them sign on to help "bu tie jia yong". Furthermore, most of their courses are tailored to suit them in the NS. Meaning, when they take up the course, it is to hint them to sign on once they enter NS.
Why so many people sign on with Navy? Almost half the trainees here I can tell you. Of cos Navy is not that shiong compared to army. We study in an air conditioned classes and work in an air conditioned ship. Except for those SS people la, work in engine room dem you then dun say lo. Hmm, and Navy peeps can travel free around the world, provided you work in the Frigate or LST. Places to go can include alomst everywhere in the world. better still, you can expect to go like Taiwan every year or Japan and Korea like almost every 2 years.
Well, up to now I only know of 1 who sign on because he really love the country. JUST 1. The rest, they are only in for the money. Lump sum la, 3 bonuses la, benefits here and there. I am talking about specialists. Well, I guess only with money , that is the only way to attract people to sign on with the force. Anyway, to those who want to sign on, think carefully about the salary scheme. It is of course high starting pay. I can still remember that time when the recruiting officer came to ask them to sign on.
"Look at the pay, where can you find such good employers who pay so much for an ITE graduate or O level or N level student?"
Yeah, that statement. It either demoralised those poeple to sign on, or motivated them. I don't know, you think about it and make a decision.
Indeed, it is high. But the increment is minimum. Bonus is quite alot, it is the same as other government institutions. There is a maximum level each regualr can go.
Of cos, it seems like i am so anti signing on. i guess only sign on as officers is good. Much more benefits and you get to see more things la. I already knew of some people who sign on as officers. Air engineering officers, midshipmens. They are my friends of friends. To me, if want to sign on, then sign on as commissioned officers lor. Much more benefits and all that.
Haiz, dunno la. This is my thinking. Oh well. Don't feel like continuing. All in all. I just want to take this silent few who still accept the regimental life so as to continue to protect our nation and work iin the effort of deterrence.
Back iin camp, I just hope these regulars can really contribute more and not like always want to chao keng or run away. Everytime we NSFs have to do so much to go help them cover their asses. Competitions organised by senior classes, they choose to not volunteer. Finding excuses from it. Some love to report sick. Always see them at the pikachu area. Like in poke balls like that. Pikachu means "Bai ka Bai qiu"
Wehn we tell them to go help and volunteer, they shout as us, say that they are human too. When we say that they are taking more pay then us and of course should contribute more, they shout at us again and say that they are humans too. _I_ Lim beh also human leh. You sign on means you shoudl take responsibilty. Sometimes when my mood is good, i am ok with it. But when my mood is bad, i can go the whole day scolding this bunch of assholes who feeds on the taxpayers money and do nothing.
What to do. This is a fact of life. Better education means a better character and a better future. I really understood all the hard pains my parents inculcated into me from young. Low education, high chance these people are uncouth people. But of cos, there are some who impress me with their high command of language, but their thinking are stil biased.
Oh well, enuff of that. Move on to other issues. I don't understand why Singaporeans complain but do no action. Come on la, you all complain the whole day, but when ask you to give suggestions, all tiam tiam. You al say ERP, then give me a better solution lor. Call you take public transport, also complain people eat on the train, squeexy, must stand, smell peopl's armpits, see aunties dig nose, see people fight on trains, complain students on music too loud, see couples fondle too much on buses. -_-" Now you know why singaporeans love to own cars right?
Humans are bias creatures. Am i wrong? ERP goes up, but road tax , COE and some other stuff are dropping. SO inicreasing variable tax to couter direct tax.
