Is Singapore the place I want to call home?

As General Elections comes in, I wonder if I do have a place in this nation anymore?
Things suddenly look bleak. What will our future be, when all you see now is just economic growth and focus on productivity?

I actually miss those days when I just take part in those primary school races during National Day, singing the songs, watching the parade. Now? All, I experience is just school. Squeeze in the public transport, reading stupid posts by Singaporeans on STOMP, hearing primary school kids using vulgarities on the buses like it is their first language.

What is Singapore turning to? I want to be that change, but will they allow me to? When all they believe are the foreign talents, or allowing the foreign students to make the playing unfair? Somehow, I am kind of pissed when the playing field is unfair. They manipulated it in the political, housing, education and transport domains.

They say they have not lost touch. I am sorry, you have. They say there is no climate of fear. Sorry, there is.

Being pragmatic is nothing wrong, being pragmatic in the long run is another. We have to do something Singapore, we have to make our concerns be significant to make them wobble in their knees. Time for a Change. Yes, we can. No, to total dominance.
